Generally, buffalo hide is a stiffer type of leather, but in collaboration with the tannery, The Chesterfield Brand has developed a special treatment process to keep it supple. Since machine spraying can only achieve a uniform effect, this type of leather is hand-sprayed in the correct color. This creates the so-called “two-tone” effect, giving the leather a more vibrant and dynamic appearance. Additionally, this leather type is characterized by a slight glossy effect.
